This Type-C conductive FIBC is manufactured using thickened PP woven fabric as the base material. During the weaving process, carbon fibers or conductive polyester filaments are uniformly integrated into the fabric structure at intervals of approximately 5–10 cm, forming a continuous and uninterrupted conductive network throughout the entire bag body.

 

When the bag’s dedicated grounding terminal is properly connected to an earthing device, static electricity generated during filling, discharge, or handling is rapidly conducted and safely dissipated, significantly reducing the risk of electrostatic accumulation at the source.

Forced Grounding Conductive Design

  •  It features an integrated conductive fiber network paired with a dedicated grounding terminal, forming a highly efficient static dissipation path: Bag body→conductive fibers→Grounding terminal→Earth. The surface resistance of the bag body is consistently maintained within the range of 10⁴–10⁸Ω.

Electrostatic Discharge Control
