The Inner Mongolia base annually stores 12,000 tons of corn silage. The traditional method of open-air stacking with plastic film caused three major issues: oxygen infiltration leading to mold, moisture absorption reducing feed palatability, and labor-intensive manual handling (especially difficult during winter freezing). The client urgently needed a solution for sealed preservation, mechanization, and weather resistance.
"The sealed anaerobic design reduced feed mold rate to just 2%. Mechanization increased loading efficiency by 8 times while solving our winter frost headaches. Additionally, the reusable FIBCs lowered our unit storage cost by 60%, creating a truly eco-friendly solution."
