Riding the Waves in Xiapu, a Joyful Journey Together — May 2025 Company Team-Building Day Trip

To enrich employees' lives and strengthen team cohesion, in May 2025, organized and led by the Administration Department, all company staff embarked on a one-day team-building trip to Xiapu.

We left behind the busyness of work and, with singing and laughter along the way, headed toward our rendezvous with the sea. Amidst beautiful scenery and delicious food, we found relaxation and warmth.

During the journey, the interactive sessions meticulously prepared by the Administration Department ignited everyone's enthusiasm. Colleagues eagerly participated in song and dance performances, where resonant singing and bursts of laughter dispelled the weariness of the trip. The vast blue sea stretched before our eyes. The salty, moist sea breeze brushed against our faces, sweeping away all worries. In small groups, we walked along the soft tidal flats, watching the unique patterns etched by the ebb and flow of the tides.

The joyful moments were inseparable from the support of delicious food, with the authentic seafood feast being a highlight of the journey. Tender shrimp and crab, plump shellfish, and other fresh seafood filled the table—each bite felt like a gift from the sea. Everyone gathered around, chatting freely, savoring the flavors while sharing amusing stories from work and life. The warm atmosphere brought everyone closer, and team cohesion quietly grew warmer.

The joyful time passed in the blink of an eye. On the return journey, everyone was still relishing the experience, eagerly sharing highlights from the trip. This team-building event not only allowed everyone to feel relaxed and rejuvenated but also deepened understanding and trust among colleagues. Moving forward, we will set out anew with this energy and cohesion, embracing the future with even greater enthusiasm as we join hands to create a brighter tomorrow for the company.
